WHAT IF I'M ALLERGIC TO AN INGREDIENT?

When using our products for th first time we recommend doing a patch test. Ingredients may have been derived from soy, wheat, and/or nut products. They may have also been produced in a facility that makes those products. So please review the product pages and/or labels for your allergens prior to your first use and/or purchase.

Where Can I Find Product Ingredients?

You can find each product ingredients under each item by sliding through the images and under each product page under the ingredient tab. Additionally each ingredient is listed on all products for your convenience.

What is the products shelf life?

Approximately 2 years and listed on each product.

Do you offer samples?

We do not offer free samples but excited to share we have a sample size kit for only $12.99!

Do You Recommend Using MFL With Other Products?

To get the best results and ensure no product buildup we recommend using MFL exclusively.

Can I return my purchase if I’m not happy?

questions about returns so our team can assist based on your situation. Goods can be returned if not used and in its original form.

Please be advised that if a return is initiated for reasons not attributable to any fault on our part, the cost of shipping the items to you and the cost of sending you a return label will be deducted from the return amount.

What If My Order Is Lost Or Stolen?

Please be advised that Made For Locs is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages. To safeguard your order, we highly recommend adding order protection insurance during your purchase.

If your order status indicates it has been delivered, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Mailbox: Verify if the package is in your mailbox or designated delivery area.
  2. Check with Household Members: Ensure that no one in your household has already retrieved the package.
  3. Contact Your Local Post Office: Reach out to your post office for further assistance and file a theft claim if necessary.

If you have purchased our shipping protection, please contact us with your claim number to initiate a claim with the insurance company. Please note that shipping protection does not cover refunds for goods marked as delivered.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping for US orders $150+. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship orders within 24-48hrs during week days, depending on product stock. If we suspect there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

The shipping time depends on the carrier selected at checkout and can range from 2-7 business days for orders in the U.S.

Please monitor tracking for accurate and updated shipping information.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we absolutely do. To see applicable rates please enter your shipping address and add the items you'd like to your cart.

Oops, I entered the incorrect shipping address. What do I do Know?

You are responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct by checking your order confirmation email.

Contact us immediately to change the address if it hasn't been shipped and if it has left our facility and new order will have to be placed until that initial order returns to us.

If the order is delivered to the incorrect address entered, it is your responsibility to retrieve that package from the current resident.

When Will I Receive My First Subscription Order?

Subscription products are automatically delivered based on your selected scheduled after subscribing. Please do not subscribe to a product until trying it first.

How do I cancel my subscription?
